Teaching Staff

The teaching staff at IndusChamps School are trained to take challenges and find new innovative methods of imparting teaching learning experiences . They are partners with children in learning and encourage them to find their own answers instead of providing the answers for them. They are encouraged to engage in one-to-one interactions with students, using a pleasant, calm voice and simple language, redirecting students when they engage in challenging behavior, actively listening to students and encouraging them to listen to others and acknowledging them for their accomplishments and efforts.
